Welcome to NJ Opioid Settlements

Tracking settlement funds. Saving lives.

NJ Opioid Settlements

New Jersey is receiving more than $1.1 billion in opioid settlement funds through 2038. This money is supposed to help repair harms caused by the overdose crisis and support prevention, treatment, harm reduction, recovery, and community healing.

This site helps directly impacted residents, advocates, service providers, families, and community members and allies understand where the money is going, how decisions are being made, and how to take action.

Our Goal

Many people do not know what opioid settlement funds are or that they even exist. Even fewer know how much money there is, who controls it, or how communities can influence spending decisions. That information gap limits transparency, accountability, and public impact.
